NOTE REGARDING PERSONAL TRAINING: *I try to encourage most clients to at least an initial 12 week program of training and daily coaching. You will be given an instructional packet with a recommended food list. You will download an app that you will track your meals on and send in those diaries and weight each morning for accountability and coaching. It's very tedious at first but you will adjust quickly! Smaller packages can be discussed if you're interested.
